1. Do you ship only within US or international as well?
Shipping within US is easier for us however international customers are more than welcome to buy, shipping rates vary of course.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping over $50 purchase within USA. Shipping outside USA varies by country, proceed to checkout and select your country to find shipping charges.
3. Delivery was delayed, how do I check the status?
We process the orders within 2-3 business days, depending on stock availability and season, this may vary. Once processed, we send you an email with a tracking link. If you did not receive the email or have questions regarding your shipment, please email us at email@example.com and we'll look into it.
4. I'm not in the US, will I be charged import/custom fees?
Please use import duty calculator to get an idea of the fee you would be charged. We do not cover duty, tax or other charges.
We strongly believe in creating memorable experiences for our customers which is why we've developed a flexible returns policy - If you don't like the product then simply send it back to us within 30 days(return period) from the date of purchase and we will give you a full refund. If you reach out to us on the 8th day, we won't be able to process your refund. Note: Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Returns must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, in the state it was received and in the original packaging with all tags attached along with packaging slip.
Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we inspect the contents to make sure it as expected followed by processing the refund, usually within the same day.

1. I’d like to return an item, what do I do?
Simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with details about why you would like to return the item and we’ll get back to you within 1 business day.
2. Why was my refund request rejected?
Refund requested are rejected if you a) Threw away the packaging b) Used the item c) Removed the tags or d) Requested for a refund after the 30 day return period.
3. I’m not in the US, I’d like to a refund, what do I do?
Unfortunately, we do not process refunds for international purchases, as of now.
